Welcome to Top Spots (https://www.gotopspots.com) (the "Site"), operated by
WALTERS ENTERPRISES FL LLC, doing business as Top Spots ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not
agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site publishes ranked "Top 25" lists of local businesses across Florida
cities and categories. Rankings are generated from publicly available Google
business data using our own scoring methodology, described on our
Methodology page. The Site does not
host business profile pages; each listing links out to the business's own website
or public page.
The Site is informational and static. It does not offer user accounts, logins, or
payments.
2. Informational purpose only; no endorsement
Rankings and listings are provided for general informational purposes only.
They reflect an automated analysis of public rating data at the time of each
rebuild and are not a recommendation, endorsement, guarantee, or professional
advice. We do not verify the licensing, insurance, qualifications, or fitness of
any listed business. You are responsible for your own due diligence before
hiring or engaging any business. Inclusion, exclusion, or rank position does not
imply any relationship between us and any business.
3. Data accuracy and availability
Business names, ratings, and review counts are sourced from third parties and may
be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Each leaderboard page shows the date
its data was captured. We make no warranty that any information is current or
error-free, and we may add, change, re-rank, or remove any page at any time
without notice.
4. Advertising
A city's leaderboard pages may display a single sponsor placement for that city.
Where a city's sponsorship has not been sold, the pages show our own notice
inviting inquiries. Advertising is a paid brand placement and does not
influence rankings, which are generated solely by our methodology. An
advertiser's appearance on a page does not indicate that the advertiser is
ranked, endorsed, or otherwise associated with the listed businesses.
5. Third-party services and Google terms
The Site uses Google Maps / Google Places data and services. By using the Site,
you acknowledge and agree that your use of Google-provided content is subject to
the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service
and the Google Privacy Policy, which
are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Google and the Google logo are
trademarks of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed
by Google.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not
responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy content from the Site;
(b) use the Site to violate any law or third-party right; (c) attempt to
interfere with or disrupt the Site; or (d) use the Site's data to build a
competing dataset or service.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, compilation, and ranking methodology are owned by
WALTERS ENTERPRISES FL LLC and protected by applicable law. Underlying business
data remains the property of its respective owners and providers, including
Google.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALTERS ENTERPRISES FL LLC WILL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR FROM YOUR
RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING OR RANKING.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WALTERS ENTERPRISES FL LLC from any
claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates
when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes
acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to
its conflict-of-laws rules.

14. Business listing removal / correction
If you are a business owner and wish to correct or request removal of your
listing, contact us at info@gotopspots.com. Note that underlying rating data
originates with Google; corrections to reviews or ratings themselves must be
pursued through Google.
